Even though we are small in number, our Sunday gathering will feel somewhat familiar if you have previously attended church.

 

We meet in the Loughrea Hotel & Spa in the Slieve Aughty Suite on the 4th Floor. Our gathering begins at 11AM and wraps up about 12.15PM. We sing, pray, read the Bible and listen to a talk based on a particular Bible passage. We then finish by having some tea, coffee and snacks, and spend time hanging out together.

Our Bible talk is based around the practice of working through the books of the Bible to see what God is saying through them. Of course, this means that sometimes we will be encouraged or challenged, and by doing this we don't avoid some tough parts of the God's Word.

 

We are also open to people who want to ask questions as it is important for us to be a community who learns together, and grows together.

During our gathering, the children stay in while we sing, and then they go out to have some teaching, songs and crafts. During this time, the children follow a similar lesson to the current sermon series that is delivered in an age-appropriate way, so families can be learning together. All of our volunteers are Garda vetted and have undergone TUSLA Child Protection training.
